Drinking wine, Chinese takeaways when I can’t be bothered to cook, pasties at the rugby ground and driving to places I could walk to - to name but a few!

Good Habits

I love swimming and tennis.

What I hope to achieve

I used to be very sporty, holding places on my school's netball, hockey and swim squad and enjoying kickboxing and skiing in my own time. However this came to an abrupt end when I discovered wine, boys and a social life. Since then strutting my moves on the dance floor has been the closest I’ve come to real exercise.

I wanted to participate in Ten Top Tips for two reasons. Firstly, I do genuinely want be a bit more healthy and secondly, knowing I will have to declare those sneaky biscuits and extra pounds might shame me into not doing it in the first place!
