Bad Habits
It could be difficult getting out of the habit of having my lunch in front of a computer and my dinner watching TV. Portion control might also be a bit of an issue (it's not safe to leave crusty bread anywhere near me!).
Good Habits
I'm already walking 20-25 minutes each way between the railway station and office.
What I hope to achieve
My target is to lose 9Kgs, and I'm hoping that my involvement with the programme will help me on my way to doing that and will force me to be disciplined enough to be successful.
Plus, the thought of failing publicly to lose weight should definitely help!
