Bad Habits
I love partying so go out drinking quite a lot and often have late nights. When out drinking I usually smoke socially as well. I am also a bit of a binge eater and have low levels of will power.
Good Habits
I exercise frequently, playing badminton once a week plus other activities. I don't eat massively fatty foods either so even though I binge eat it's rarely really unhealthy stuff.
What I hope to achieve
I'd like to feel healthier and less tired. Too much partying often leaves my skin dry and I'd like to have a more healthy glow about me. I'd like to cut out cigarettes completely as part of the plan and massively cut down my overall alcohol intake at the same time.
