Ten Top Tips Final Update
Our keen volunteers have now been following the Ten Top Tips programme for 10 weeks. They have all done a fantastic job at incorporating the tips into their lifestyle and helping them to become healthy habits. They have all lost weight over the 10 weeks, walked 1000’s of steps and developed healthier eating habits. Here’s a final summary of their success:
