Welcome to the Ten Top Tips diary.

Alison Chipperfield, specialist dietician at Weight ConcernOver the next ten weeks, our specialist dietician from Weight Concern, Alison Chipperfield, will be following the progress of Stacey, Emma, Mike and Liz as they take on the Ten Top Tips.

Ten Top Tips is a weight loss programme based on scientific evidence and the tips are designed to be habit forming and fit easily into everyday life. When it comes to weight, many people don't realise that it can affect their risk of cancer. In fact, maintaining a healthy bodyweight is one of the best ways to reduce your chances of getting cancer.

Each week, read about how our volunteers are progressing, their successes and challenges, and how their lifestyle habits are changing for the better. And by following their progress, you too can pick up handy hints that can support you in following Ten Top Tips.
