Schools are an ideal setting for children to learn about making healthy choices for life. In this section you can download primary school activity plans and find out more about our current education projects.

Teaching Resources for Primary Schools

We have developed new resources for primary school teachers to use in the classroom. These currently focus on two of our Reduce the Risk messages: stay in shape and eat and drink healthily.

These activities are relevant for a wide variety of lessons and we have mapped them all to the National Curriculum for England.

The activities have been divided into those suitable for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. With minor modifications, however, each activity could be used throughout the primary age range.
