Cancer Research UK have responded to DBERR’s consultation paper. Our response stresses that volunteering is of huge importance to the Charity and that it is imperative that regulation does not hinder the capacity of the Charity to use volunteers. We also demonstrate that we have a clear volunteering policy that sets out our commitment to encourage volunteering as well as the parameters of what a volunteer is.
