In July 2006, the Department of Health invited consultation on proposed regulations for smoke-free premises and vehicles.
Cancer Research UK strongly supports the Government’s commitment to implementation of smokefree legislation in enclosed public places and workplaces in England, and have made several suggestions on the detail of this legislation.
