Scotland Against Cancer 2010

Scotland Against Cancer Image, Aug 2010 The 2010 Scotland Against Cancer Conference took place on Monday 28 June at the Stirling Management Centre.

The conference brings together patients, scientists, politicians, civil servants and health professionals to help to shape the cancer agenda in Scotland.

The conference was addressed by Health Secretary, Nicola Sturgeon, with a keynote speech from Professor Graham Watt, Professor of General Practice at the University of Glasgow.

In addition, delegates took part in a number of discussion groups, where they were able to share their experiences and make suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
