If you have further queries or require information not available on CancerHelp UK, we have a team of specialist cancer nurses who can answer enquiries from people affected by, or concerned about, cancer.

We can not offer you a diagnosis. If you have a medical problem that is causing you some concern, you should see your GP.
Accreditation and confidentiality
Our team of nurses aim to answer all email enquiries in three working days. However, their response time may be longer than this during particularly busy periods. The service they provide is confidential.
